The temporary foreign worker program has its criteria and requirements, and the workers have to come in under those requirements. It has had some help, I've heard from my members, but they find the program very complex, and being successful under it is challenging.

I have one last question. It sounds as though the entire government process is very cumbersome in this thing. Do you have any thoughts on maybe a one-stop-shop type of approach or anything like that to improve the process?
