The requirements are that it's a shovel-ready project that relates in some way to research and development. If you remember your Venn diagrams, research and development is a larger circle, and science and technology is a smaller circle. So research and development can be in the science and technology field. It can also be in social sciences or humanities, but it has to relate to R and D in some way. It could be something like revamping a laboratory or modernizing a classroom. All these things will help in R and D in the future and from our perspective would qualify.
I believe we have been able to announce funding in three provinces. I myself announced funding for British Columbia and Nova Scotia projects. Gary Goodyear announced them for Alberta projects just yesterday. They will continue to roll out as we seek provincial partners in their funding arrangements with their colleges and universities as well.
