Finance committee  CBSA is not involved in this. They're not involved in the framework agreement, nor in the Shiprider framework agreement. CBSA's mandate is primarily at the ports of entry. Given the nature of the waterways, it's more between the ports of entry. So the mandate falls more to the RC
