I think what we're doing, Mr. Chair, is that if we all agree on this amendment, I guess I'll be withdrawing the NDP amendment and Mr. Dhaliwal will be withdrawing his amendment. Then we will have cleared the deck.

What I am proposing is that we will eliminate the amendments that were put forward, by the withdrawal by the NDP and the Liberals, and we'll substitute the amendment Mr. Watson proposed.
