Agriculture committee  Pursuant to rule 106(2), the second vice-chair must be a member of the opposition, from a party other than the official opposition. I am now ready to receive motions for the position of second vice-chair.

Agriculture committee  The amendment proposes that a meeting be held on March 21 during which the committee would hear from CN and CP officials from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and from the Grain Growers of Canada from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The amendment also proposes that the list of witnesses be sent to the clerk
