This enactment amends the Canada Post Corporation Act to:
(a) resume rural delivery service to roadside mail boxes as it was on September 1, 2005;
(b) require the Corporation to give notice to the residents affected by a change of postal services or delivery methods in rural Canada and to undertake a consultation with the residents affected by any such change; and
(c) provide for the establishment of a Canada Post Ombudsman.
