Thank you very much, Mr. Chair. I know time is short, but there is a difference between the cod fishery and some of the inshore fishery, particularly in Prince Edward Island—area 24 lobsters are in good shape, and area 26A was much stronger last year. All this can do is take the fishery—some very lucrative fishery—out of the hands of the owner-operator policy and put it in the hands of the corporate sector. All I would ask is that the committee listen to the people who directly depend upon these two policies.
