Members speaking

The Chair Liberal Élisabeth Brière

Hello and good afternoon.

I call this meeting to order.

I would like to begin by welcoming you and thanking Émilie Thivierge, the clerk who supported us and prepared today's meeting.

I would also like to thank François Delisle for his work in analyzing all private members' bills and the motions that have been introduced.

We are meeting to consider the items placed in the order of precedence on September 23, 24, and 25, in order to determine whether they should be designated non-votable. I hope you've looked at the 30 files.

Are there any questions, comments or objections?

No? Everything is fine.

A report will be submitted to the chair of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs that will read as follows:

That all items added to the order of precedence on September 23, 24, and 25 remain votable. That the subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House. That the Chair report the subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.

Does everybody agree on these conclusions?

Ernie Klassen Liberal South Surrey—White Rock, BC

Okay.

The Chair Liberal Élisabeth Brière

That's it.

The meeting is adjourned.
