Environment committee  We never had an opportunity to speak with the minister, so it's very hard for me to speak on his behalf. We were present at the event, which was labelled as a presentation on the “Turning the Corne” plan, and we eagerly awaited him speaking. He was seen at the event and he left early, and it was announced at the very end of the event that he would not be presenting the “Turning the Corne” plan.

In 2006, as the government betrayed its international Kyoto obligations and cancelled existing climate change programs, youth representatives from more than 45 Canadian business, labour, and environmental organizations gathered in Toronto to create the Canadian Youth Climate Coalition.
