My understanding is that the minister is going to seek advice from people who actually have the technical expertise. There are those people in Canada. Many of them work for companies that manufacture and design these; they're engineers.

Right now my authorization to transport, my paper one issued by the Province of Ontario, is for three years.

We have not had meetings with ministerial staff since then. I think you have to remember that many Canadians are very worried about this because of the last round.
