There's an old saying in the army that if you start giving out names, you start doing pack drill, and I'm getting too old to do pack drill. I'll give you an example. A case manager is married to a veteran. The case manager takes her job very seriously.

Veterans Affairs committee  You asked how the new Veterans Charter has failed. One of the big things that upsets a lot of us modern veterans is that anyone who applied for a claim after April 1, 2006, was deemed to be under the new Veterans Charter. The new Veterans Charter eliminated all pensions. You were given a lump sum for your injuries and basically told to go on your way and leave them alone.
