Climate Change  Mr. Speaker, I would like to thank my hon. colleague for his hard work. Canada has joined the net-zero government initiative, and Canada is showing global leadership on climate change. We are working with countries around the world to pledge to achieve net-zero emissions from government operations by 2050.

Public Services and Procurement  Madam Speaker, we are in the process of undertaking a comprehensive review of all contracts with McKinsey. Of course, officials and public servants are making sure that they are following all of the procurement management processes. We will continue to do that and review it. The teams are conducting their work in accordance with the international standards of the profession.

Government Services and Procurement  Mr. Speaker, it is important to set the record straight. It is not a contract. It is more of a procurement arrangement. That means there is no financial agreement. It is more of a pre-qualification. Hundreds of suppliers already have the same arrangement. It is a long-standing practice that helps the government save money and time.
