Status of Women committee  Good morning, Madam Chair and committee members. This is my first time appearing before the Standing Committee on the Status of Women. The issue of sexual misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces is not new. It is, however, newly at the forefront of public consciousness and the subject of study of both this committee and the Standing Committee on National Defence.
