Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee  Because she had to leave early, she has agreed to come back for the remainder of the time we were supposed to spend with her. She can't get back to us before May 31. We'll still hear from her then. We'll still have a chance to interact with her. However, if there's going to be a vote on the mains, minus the amounts that were passed through the interim supply period, that has to be done by May 31.

Effective and Accountable Charities Act  Speaker, I would ask for unanimous consent for the following motion. Criminal Code  Importantly, this would remove the unfair burden placed on exploited individuals who, under the current Canadian law, must prove that there was an element of fear in their abuse in order to obtain a conviction in court. When a crime is committed, there is no debate as to whether the acts have occurred, yet under Canadian law, the victim of trafficking is required to prove fear in order for a conviction to occur.

Effective and Accountable Charities Act  (Bill S‑216. On the Order: Private Members' Business:) May 16, 2022 — Resuming consideration of the motion of Mr. Lawrence (Northumberland—Peterborough South) — That Bill S‑216, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (use of resources of a registered charity), be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Finance.

Questions on the Order Paper  Mr. Speaker, in response to (a), "Adverse Reaction Reporting and Health Product Safety Information: Guide for Health Professionals" outlines the submission methods available to health care professionals and anyone living in Canada wishing to voluntarily report adverse reactions, ARs, including adverse events following immunization, AEFIs, with vaccines, such as COVID-19 vaccines, and medical devices incident reports to the Canada vigilance program, CVP.
