EDI was actually operating at the beginning of the fiscal year, so we lost half a year's time, given the fact that it was FedNor that was del

Official Languages committee  Absolutely. We've been trying to do that. We actually reprofiled money from 2009-10 to 2010-11, and we've been trying to keep doing that.

Official Languages committee  We actually received a letter from the Minister of Canadian Heritage with respect to the Official Languages Act, asking if we wanted to designate ourselves as a designated department under the act.
