Finance committee  I think that's an important point. If you look at how we've responded to the current pandemic, you could argue that we are prepared. Canada has done a great job of ensuring that Canadians are protected. I understand the vaccine may be rolling out shortly, which is great news. But we must remember that when we began preparing for the pandemic, it was the avian flu that was really the greater concern, and that concern hasn't gone away; the avian flu is still lurking out there.
