Agriculture committee  I personally have a background in farming. I have a business degree in agriculture. In my role, I try to get out and meet as many farmers and producers as possible on a regular basis. The people across our organization who work in agriculture certainly have similar backgrounds.

As my colleagues mentioned, it's a unique business, and we certainly have dedicated resources to meet those unique needs in areas you mentioned, such as renewable energy.

Agriculture committee  If I may answer that, yes, certainly they are. We have ongoing dialogue with our clients and their children--the successors of these businesses--looking at all of the different implications from a tax perspective. We look at some of the soft issues, to your point in terms of transitioning the business over time: do the people have the right knowledge, and will the farm be viable for the next generation?

Agriculture committee  No. It's priced on a case-by-case client basis, and it would not be in that range.
