Natural Resources committee  The coalition is newly formed. It is only about two or three weeks old. Basically, the coalition formed out of concern in a number of communities. What we were seeing were very similar things happening in the communities where exploration was coming forth. We saw that municipalities were not sure what to do.

I think a lot of people feel there are probably conflicts of interest there. A lot of communities are really feeling that they've been railroaded.

People in rural communities are posing questions about what is going to happen when damage occurs. Will industry be responsible for cleaning up the mess? Where is the water being treated?
