Human Resources committee  Good morning, Mr. Chair. I'm here in my capacity today as chair of the CCDA, which is the Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship. In my day job I'm also the director of apprenticeship and occupational certification in the Province of New Brunswick. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to speak about the CCDA and the provincial and territorial apprenticeship systems in Canada.
