Status of Women committee  I'm not sure if I would “like” to answer it, because the answer isn't encouraging. Since 2006, there has been no improvement in the trades in Manitoba. Remember, when we talk about trades, we're not talking about cooking or hairdressing. When you remove those traditional female roles, no, there hasn't been any improvement.
