Status of Women committee  I'll take that as code for, “No, it hasn't been done.” My question is, if there's a whole-of-government approach to gender-based analysis, and you're imposing a brand new tax on all Canadians, and we know there's a pay equity gap for women and that many women bear disproportionate costs of child care, why would you not do a gender-based analysis of the carbon tax?
