Justice committee  That's because it's not always visible that we are LGBTQ2SIA. You can't see it on us, so we would have to disclose to a judge in the first place. Doing so could put us at risk if we are not explicitly protected under the marginalized person definition. High-risk behaviour that may have come to pass in an LGBT person as a result of that discrimination that they face by society may not be taken into consideration when it otherwise should be.
