Bill C-2 (39th Parliament, 1st Session) committee  Perhaps I could simply add that the new Public Service Employment Act, which came into effect in December 2005, includes new provisions pertaining to political activities. So there is a whole system which has been set up for which the commission is responsible and which comes as a result of this new legislation.
