Finance committee  Good morning. My name is Rabiah Dhaliwal, and I received the award in 2017. I am a survivor of a suicide attempt. For me, this award meant more than just a scholarship. It was truly a form of suicide prevention for me. It allowed me to focus on getting the care I needed, while relieving the constant worry about paying for my university education.
