Justice committee  On the issue of child identity rights, which is something we coined about 15 years ago, 10% of the Canadian population is misidentified on birth records. There are all sorts of falsifications on those. This is a provincial matter, but you ought to have concern about that because it's a charter rights issue as well.

There are other groups that do some Canadian rights but mostly international child rights advocacy. Finance committee  There are a number of aspects to that. One of them can be called supplemental parenting, in the sense of mentoring. Regent Park, here in Toronto, has a program like that, and it has been very successful. It has a tremendously high rate of success in high schools, with a low dropout rate of less than 5%.
