We believe the Government of Canada has an obligation, a commitment to official language minority communities in Canada, whether they be francophones outside Quebec or anglophones in Quebec. There are priorities and it's a core common value, and we believe that the government understands, as do their employees, that we are there to further the Government of Canada's reflection and contribution to official language minority communities in Quebec.
