We've streamlined the forms and applications that veterans need to fill out. We've tried to simplify the number of times an individual has to come back to us for authorization for a similar serviceāa second year or a third year. We no longer require people to sign renewal forms and send them in all the time.
We're still working on it. It's a work in progress, and there is more that can be done. We are working toward making our language simpler in our communications to veterans, so it's not as difficult to understand what we're saying and what forms have to be filled out.
