Mr. Chairman and members of the committee, as I said in the very last paragraph of my brief, I encourage you not to delay but to expedite this review and take the real action that's needed for our veterans and their families, because the time is now. The need is there now.

I ask you, from the bottom of my heart, and the 320,000 members of the Royal Canadian Legion, please look after our veterans and their families.
