This enactment amends the Criminal Code in relation to gaming offences in order to narrow the exemption that allows provincial governments to lawfully conduct and manage lottery schemes involving video lottery terminals and slot machines, by limiting the locations at which such machines can be installed to casinos, race-courses and betting theatres.
