Mr. Chair, the portions requested in the bill are intended to provide for all necessary requirements of the federal public administration up to the second supply period in the fiscal year 2016-17. In no instance is the total amount of an item being released by the bill. The form of the bill is correct, and it is the same as that eventually passed in the previous supply period.
