Is not the underlying problem there, as much as the fact that they don't feel included, the fact that their responsibilities for so long have been in the home to look after the children and they can't find replacements? That goes to another problem: we don't have day care in rural communities.
We just had a government recently change a policy direction, at least, in terms of replacing day care positions and places with dollars. Was that a good policy direction or was that a bad policy direction?
