I want to just make the point that the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs adopted basically the language that we're suggesting. I can read it to you. Mr. Proulx made the motion:
That the Committee retain, as needed and at the discretion of the Chair, the services of one or more analysts from the Library of Parliament to assist it in its work.
So rather than two sentences there's just one there, but that is the wording that the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs adopted.
