BQ-2 and NDP-1, if we pass BQ-1.
As well, the vote on BQ-1 will apply to BQ-3. So by adopting BQ-1, you're also adopting BQ-3. BQ-3, if you look at it, is a minor amendment to recognize new subsection 140(1).
