We've heard previously at these hearings on input costs from groups such as the Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers, and all of you have mentioned fertilizer costs in one way or another. Their concern, of course, is with site security costs forcing their member retailers out of business because of the fencing and security things that have changed.
What will that do to communities if you lose that focal business operation? What does that do to input costs, and is it a likely scenario, and a reasonable one to expect, that if they can't afford to put the security in, they'll pack up?
