The Americans are wielding the big end of the stick. Perhaps standards that are not as strict as ours will be used for organic certification, but this does not mean that the product will be a health hazard. You are specialists. However, such products will not always necessarily be what we consider to be a true organic product. In a way, we are cornered. The product will be labelled as organic, but not according to our standards.
