Farm groups and canola groups have all said the same thing. They need mandatory service level agreements, not a voluntary one. One of the things that failed last year under this service review was that the request was for a mandatory one, and it didn't get there. I don't see that in the legislation. There are two questions, Minister Ritz. One, will you push for mandatory SLAs? Two, will there be a amendment here that talks about short lines? Right now that is absent.
