Mr. Chairman, I'd simply like to remind you that throughout debate on Bill C-2, the translators always used the word “responsabilité”, not “imputabilité”. That was the term used throughout our study of the bill in committee. So then, even the House of Commons interpretation and translation services always refer to “responsabilité”, not “imputabilité”. Therefore, I think we've proven our point.
