I would just like to understand why it is important for a minister who does not have an economic portfolio to be present for an economic update. Is the government not claiming that C-2 Bill is the priority? Should we not start at 3:30 p.m? I am not opposed to starting at 4:30 p.m., but I confess to being a little surprised that the minister, who does not have an economic portfolio, wants to be present for an economic update.
