No. You have to understand that you are not at liberty to reschedule meetings, unless an emergency arises. If you do so, you will not get the opposition's cooperation. This needs to be made clear. If an emergency arises, you can reschedule a meeting. Otherwise, you cannot do that and convene a meeting on 20 minutes' notice. We appreciate that you are new to the job.
