I gathered more specifically from Mr. Maybee's presentation that you are in favour of aggressive action on greenhouse gases. As a matter of fact, Mr. Maybee, I seemed to interpret that you thought Kyoto should be a starting point. The government seems to be saying Kyoto is unachievable. Your position is that it is not only achievable, but it's a starting point. Do I understand you correctly?
