Professor Doob, you leave us hanging, saying that if we're really interested in preventing crime we would invest in a number of priorities. I realize your task here today was to talk about this bill, but for instance, the promise by the Prime Minister and his team to fund 2,500 police officers, if that actually were done, which to date it hasn't been, would you see that as one of the important aspects, or would you go further and say we should embrace the crime prevention program of other parties in whole or in part?
