Branden Leslie Conservative Portage—Lisgar, MB

Thank you, Mr. Chair. I hope we can get this through relatively quickly. Thank you for coming forward with something more reasonable. I find it a bit strange that we couldn't do an hour with each minister—I assume it's for time reasons—but we could find two-hour blocks for two of them at a time. However, I will accept it. I appreciate the recognition that we should be beginning. The removal on (f) makes a lot of sense because we don't want to pigeonhole ourselves and be too prescriptive.

The Chair Liberal James Maloney

This brings me to the end of the speakers list.

Stéphane Lauzon Liberal Argenteuil—Papineau—Des Collines, QC

I think, Mr. Chair, we have to ask for unanimous consent.

The Chair Liberal James Maloney

Do we have unanimous consent to adopt the amendment?

Some hon. members

Agreed.

The Chair Liberal James Maloney

(Amendment agreed to)

Thank you.

That takes us to the motion as amended, and there are no speakers.

There's that warm and fuzzy spirit emerging again. That's great. Happy Thanksgiving.

Mr. Ste-Marie, go ahead.

Gabriel Ste-Marie Bloc Joliette—Manawan, QC

I think you can see there is unanimous support for what is being proposed here.

So, thank you, everyone. I look forward to working with you.
