We tell the Government of Canada, why don't you take the $100 million, put it where it belongs, and leave us to decide where we're going with our money? We're going to put it into a production, and we're going to allow the CRTC to be part of the board of the fund that we're proposing. So you'll be able to monitor what we're doing, but we're going to take into account the reality of the digital revolution that makes video on demand a reality, that makes Internet television a reality.
We're not going to be dictated by a technocratic structure that obviously denies today's reality.
