I think that it is extremely important for— If we look at the CBC's reports, there is a lot of information on results. I think that it is important to state expectations much more clearly. What is expected? What are the current results? The differences between what is expected and what is actually happening should be explained.
As for efficiency, it brings us back to the issue of information. We did a lot of work during this examination. If you are asking us whether the CBC's operations are efficient, the answer is that we were not able to come to a conclusion because the information we needed to make such a judgment was not available.
