The seven to ten years allows you the planning reference framework that we need to develop programs. From the time a program is an idea to the time it's written up as a scenario to the time it's financed to the time it actually gets on air is usually three to four years. And then you want to test the program for a couple of years to see how it's going to work. So it's not inconsistent.
