Welcome to the 32^nd meeting of the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage, this Thursday, November 25, 2010. Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), today we are studying the impacts of private television ownership changes and the move towards new viewing platforms.

We have with us Mr. Sparkes, from CTV Inc., and Mr. Bibic, from Bell Canada.
