I don't think anyone has done an evaluation of the benefits. I think that in a psychological sense it was certainly an historic event. To bring together the many indigenous groups from across the country for the first time ever did have a huge impact on the aboriginal community at the time. So there was a certain impact on the morale and level of identity of the aboriginal groups, but as I said, I don't think there's been any....
I don't know how you'd evaluate the longer-term benefits or the short-term benefits of such an event. It was seen primarily as a celebration.
