I'd like to begin by saying that I quite agree with the spirit of the amendment moved by Mr. Champoux. I hope the committee will look at that.
Ms. Moreau, I believe you said that trials are long and costly. I used to be a litigator, and I quite agree with you on that.
That said, I just want to make sure I understand your comments.
You say that the time it takes to get a judgment is a little too long.
Is that correct?
