Also, we feel a bit desperate when we see this: If you search “deep AI”, “nude AI” or anything like that, they are so easily accessible. It just pops up on Google. You put in a picture, pay three dollars and you're able to generate massive numbers of deepfakes of an individual—or many individuals, if you choose.
That accessibility is really what we're fighting against the most, because, as we know, litigation can take many years. Oftentimes, it doesn't make a victim whole. It's really about the ability to make sure these platforms don't make this technology as easily available for everyone. Also, as we've seen, children have an ability to use this. They might not know the consequences or realize how detrimental this is to the victims.
