I have a point of order, Madam Chair.
I don't believe you ruled on Mrs. Goodridge's point of order, which dealt with the issue of whether or not people at home on ParlVU could follow along what we're doing. We're going through amendments to make the first changes to the Broadcasting Act in 31 years, and we're rushing through these proposed amendments to try to improve the bill without the benefit of being able to ask officials about them.
I think it's incumbent upon you to rule on the point of order, which was that we should have some sort of summary or statement or reading of the motion to help those who are following at home.
Thank you, Madam Chair.
